Technopolis (Talopolis) - The Lost City of Talos:

The City of Technopolis is centered in a hidden lake some distance from Dawnguard Castle (via Mage portal - see Map Marker). The main buildings are Talos Castle (Player home), a Supply Tower, and an Inn - all are supported by the Docks. The Castle has a Teleporter Chamber (do you remember Star Trek?) that can send you to various places in Skyrim, and to the Temple of the Divines; also a Teleportation spell tome on a table will return you home. There are 3 levels in the Castle - First level, second level, and basement.

Inside Talos Castle (Player Home) are:

First Level:

Main Halls + Statues (etc.)
A Great Hall with Throne, tables for Knights, and restroom access;
A Private Dining Room, Kitchen, & Pantry. Harvestable Food & Drink (wine, milk, steamed crab legs, lavender dumplings, breads, snowberry dessert).

The Teleporter Chamber - Accesses the following Cities:

1. Dawnstar, 2. Falkreath, 3. High Hrothgar, 4. Whiterun (Dragonsreach), 5. Windhelm, 6. Riften, 7. Markarth, 8. Morthal, 9. Riverwood, 10. Solitude (Blue Palace), 11. Dragonshire (Tavern), 12. The Temple of the Divines (Talos Castle).

Imperial Baths (2), with heated pools + statues + Diving board.

The Lost City of Talos - via Teleport in Pantry near Kitchen, (for viewing only).
Sewer Access outside near Supply Tower (underwater).

Note: The Ice on the ceiling or ground in the Lost City of Talos is NOT SOLID.
In case you get stuck there, find the stairs to go up to the walk path and to the door to the Sewer System.

Update: Apparently the ice is solid except when I first tested it. So I added a separate trap door to the Sewer going to the top of its entrance in Talopolis (above the door leading into the water). You can still access the Sewer from the area top of the ice near the door. You can also use the gate leading to the Lost City. This is in case you fall off the bridge or go exploring.

Update: I added a Khajiit Fence in the Main Hall (near dog), and the Baron in the Great Hall. The Baron sells a special bar ingot to craft the key to the Treasury (see locked Teleporter pad near the Throne). The Treasury has mannequins, book shelves, weapons racks and Safe Chests.

Update: I added a working Teleport spell tome in the Teleporter Chamber.
