After subscribing to the mod, you will find it in the Steam Workshop folder:

...Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\324310

Maybe you need to start the game once before the mod becomes available there. You can also activate and deactivate the mod in the game itself.

Bei mir wird im spiel die ganze zeit eine einstellung angezeigt aber ich finde nichts bei steam

wenn ich eine weiteres Sechserpack Bilder hinzufüge, werden die dann in die Mischung mit aufgenommen, oder hängt sich die Mod daran auf?

Die 2048 x 1012 bzw. 1036 Bilder werden auf keinen der Werbetafeln angezeigt.
