Report a translation problem
If you haven't already I would try temporarily disabling 'Mod Threading' in the Tabletop Simulator Configuration Menu and then re-launching the mod and see if they load then.
If that doesn't work it may be that your anti-virus is blocking the image upload site (Cubeupload). It's happened before with Malware bytes and may or may not still be an issue.
In any case I've added the images to my google drive which you can access using the link below:

There's also a text document noting where to extract the images.
I've also uploaded a screenshot from VirusTotal showing the zip is clean but you can always upload and scan it yourself just to be sure.
I've added it to the workshop and it should now appear on the index card in front of the unlimited deck. If anyone spots any other missing cards or other errors please let me know and I'll get those corrected.
