Capitalized the "F" in the beginning of "Fasolfare_(V2)". Added the decal for "Fasolfare_V2" It's in Color Solresol (Solresol Laredore). Added Sirere_(V2) along with a decal.

I am completely sorry about this, I wanted to get the decal for the second version of Fasolfare in ever since uploading it.
