Health & Armor NPC

Description
A Health and Armor NPC addon for Garry's Mod wich cannot be exploited maliciously by net messages.
What it does: Allows you to purchase health and/or armor from either npc.
Uses: Darkrp, roleplaying gamemodes

You can configure stuff in the config.lua file.

Ya know, if the Description told people what the hell this did, that would be great, because, I have no clue what this does, from the name, it either Modifys NPCS to have more/less health and have armor, OR, they DROP Health and/or armor, I have no clue otherwise
