Can you use the police call addon while in sandbox without the Darkrp addon?

I made this resource pack because I extracted Police Calls lua files onto my Server. That allows me to modify it's config file because you cannot modify .gma files in your Server addon Folder.

Without this package, Players would receive texture errors while attempting a /911 call.

I take no credit for the addon at all.
