Made for the SidewaysGaming.net Sandbox server

I made this to replicate the old circle HUD from Seth's Diamond Build back in 2011, I was always obsessed with them and finally got around to remaking them.

It shouldn't, however it's pretty old so I wouldn't be too surprised if it wasn't optimized well.

I got the idea from a server I used to play yeaaaars ago, I always loved the circle so I had to remake it :P
