Auroch Class Dreadnought

The Auroch Class is a Dreadnought-type Battleship. It was originally intended to fit the role of heavy-artillery coastal defense, mounting larger guns than the Mammoth. After testing indicated it could handle long-term assignments, it was designated as a main-fleet battleship. 8 twin-gun turrets firing 348mm HE shells are placed wherever could be deemed possible by the engineers. 12 casemate guns firing 178mm HE shells line the hull on both sides. 14 missile interceptors deny any opponent from attempting retaliation, and 8 variable-thruster frag missiles will finish anyone who survives the onslaught of artillery.
