Description
Makes alchemists focus on creating elixirs that you are not currently helping them with.
In the base game, when you hand in ingredients to an alchemist, another alchemist completes one of his remaining elixirs at random.
What this addon does is remove the elixir that you are already helping them with from the possible elixirs to be chosen unless it is their last elixir.


Note to other addon developers: This addon replaces the competition method of the brotherhood-of-alchemists.lua file.

Ok, I think I got it. Now this addon doesn't overload the brotherhood of alchemists quest.
Just need to make sure that this mod loads later so I can overwrite the competition function.

I've set the load weight to 800 while the arcanum mod is at the default 100, so I think that should work... Let me know if it doesn't :happy_creep:

This will still mess with any other addons that try to alter the competition function, but now it should be compatible with addons that overload brotherhood-of-alchemists.lua

The Arcanum addon doesn't modify anything that would conflict with this addon (which means you could manually merge the file pretty easily), but apparently quests can't be superloaded at the moment.
In 1.5 there will be new quest hooks so I'll take a look at it then.

Hi Darthsawyer, I'll look into the Arcanum addon sometime this week and see if I can make this mod work with it.

I have the same problem as Minoriko so I decided to look through all my mods to find anything else that modifies brotherhood-of-alchemists.lua. The Arcanum class pack modifies it, and I believe that conflict is what is preventing your mod from functioning. Is there anyway to make a patch to use the mods together?
