The only reason this mod exist, is before there were so many options / ways to get Succubus this Race version was the best I had found. I did a quick little thing to enhance it via cheesy quick add and some friends wanted it. So here it came. It however became pretty popular, and several discussions and a whole topic for those new to modding Skyrim. ( Never saw any of that coming )
However, this is not the Race. I did not make the Race. I wont produce changes to the Race.
You can find now, many ways to create your perfect Succubus, using the original Race mod or not.
This mod only continues to exist for those that downloaded it and still like it, and for the reference links for those wanting a quick list to basic modding needs.

Here is what this does:
Adds a few barrels named Gifts for Sanguine's Child to a few locations. These contain the following.
A special circlet, which makes the Succubus a bit more ' real ' in my play in Skyrim;
It grants 100% disease resistance.
It grants 85% fire resistance. ( Like many of Oblivions creatures, they can feel pain at fire.. it's an often used punishment when they do ' bad ' )
It fortifies speech by 10 ( to reflect the seduction / allure / general get what they want aspect )
On the balance side. It places a -10 frost resist on the Succubus. To counter the fire and the fact.. they just dont like the cold. Having tested it, it has the desired affect of also hitting the cold associated with Frostfall mod. IE.. They get cold. They dont like it. They want to go to a warm place.
NOTE NOTE NOTE The Weakness Enchant causes the entire list under effects to be red. Its not all bad stuff. The good stuff works fine.
The barrel also has the following as in my play... Succubus would come with some knowledge.. however some of it is out of reach for a ' new ' Succubus. They get the knowledge and cant use it yet. ( also.. you may notice, my normal Succubus HATE the undead. Feel free to adjust contents as you see fit. Its your game and barrel to play with )

Turn Undead
Turn Lesser Undead
Bound Bow
Bound Sword
Healing Hands

Locations of the barrels:
Falkreath. Hall of the Dead
Markarth. By the carriage.
Whiterun. Hall of the Dead
Morthol. Just accross the bridge out of town.
Windhelm. Hall of the Dead. Bottom of the stairs.
