The Master Puzzle

You must be an absolute genius to solve this. It will need a good brain and some Portal athleticism. You do not need to be a pro at flicking your mouse or anything though, I did this on a trackpad and there is really only one part where multiple portal placements must be done in a finite period of time.

Look through the glass and observe all parts of the puzzle carefully; everything I put in here has a purpose, and looking through the glass is important to finding out what future difficulties may be. I made sure to show you any necessary connection that would be important to have you figure out how get to the next part of the puzzle.

This will require a lot of thought, and if it gets popular enough, I will soon post a solution. I have tested this multiple times and optimized it so you could always logically conclude what the next step will be. Give it a try. It requires many different types of thinking, and I spent a long time creating it. There are no current loopholes fallen to poor design that I have discovered as portal placement is limited (If it weren't, this puzzle would be more than two times as difficult as it already is), and the solution isn't arbitrary to anyone who plans the future.
