Official Notice from TwitchENs Industries:

To: W4stedspace, Morphologis, and TheXPGamers.

It has come to our attention that the ship PAX (which transponder was hacked and renamed "Constitution") has been fitted with an experimental jump drive. This notice is to inform you that your actions have breached the conditions of the contract for which you signed when taking possession of the PAX. You are now in possession of stolen property and will be held liable for any damage the PAX incurs.

You are expected to return the PAX to the nearest TwitchENs Industries shipyard and your security deposit is forfeit. Failure to comply with these instructions will result in fines, penalties, possible imprisonment, and possible death.

NOTICE TO ALL SHIPS IN THE SOL SYSTEM:

The PAX Constitution is survival ready. Designed for long distance space travel she carries a mining vessel attached to resupply ore and ice. Also equipped is a fully functional refining and assembly system. Fuel burning engines allow for fast acceleration and maneuverability.

Specs:
6 Crew cabins
1 Captain suite
2 hangars
4 Entrances (including hangars)
5 man bridge
Medical Facilities
Jump Drive
2 Missile Turrets
1 Missile Launcher

**Only Capable of entering the atmosphere of a planet 1 time**
(You can always crash it at least once)

TwitchENs Industries is currently developing a gantry to enable atmospheric entry.

She weighs just over 4,000,000 Kg.

If you have any information regaurding the whereabouts of the PAX "Constitution" please contact your local TwitchENs Industries shipyard. We will offer a reward for any information leading to the return of the PAX or capture of the individuals currently in possession of her.

TwitchENs Shipyards. After a lengthy survey of an area where your missing vessel was reported seen my vessel came into contact with a very hostile force of what we could only assume are drones. They attacked my search vessel without provocation and we were forced to retreat. This incident was sent to our own command who informed us to contact the nearest shipyard per a message they received from your company. We regret to inform you that we did find a small portion of your missing ship embedded in an orbiting moon of an unknown planet. We did manage to recover what looks like a piece of the crew quarters prior to the drone attack. We plan on sending the quarters to your shipyards for your company to analyze. We fear the drones may have destroyed your ship. We plan on reorganizing a force of our own ships to go back to the area and see if we can recover anything else.
