Description
This mod grants Great Generals and Great Admirals the capability to grant nearby promotions as their part of their new leadership bonus, as well as evolve these promotions as they level up.

Features

  • Revolutionize the concept of Greatness in generals and admirals.
  • Each Great General or Great Admiral birth may grant them a unique promotion along with a chance of a unique trait that help cities during peaceful times.
  • If granted a unique promotion, these people may earn experience through nearby kills. These experience vary in amounts.
  • For those with Vox Populi, all Great Generals and Admirals are unlocked with ideological promotions that will change the scale of war.
  • Do AIs know how to use them? Yes!
  • Maximum compatibility. As long as you have nothing that removes the Great General and Great Admirals. You should be fine with anything basically. But a mod that reworks Civ 5 might conflict with this mod in terms of balance but that's pretty much it.

If you use the Enhanced User Interface, Cut the UnitPanel.lua in Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS\Leadership Reformation\LUA\ClickHereIfEUI into the Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS\Leadership Reformation\LUA. If you are successful, then you should have replaced it.

Sir Enginseer, this mod appears to break EUI even after replacing the UnitPanel.lua files with the EUI Compatible versions.

It would be great if this could be fixed whenever you have the freetime to investigate and patch the mod.

Lets try this again. There appears to be some conflict between UI-Condensed Promotions, this mod, and DLC unique bonus enhancements. It prevents the condensed promotions fron happening.

Could you please provide a bit clearer instructions on what to do with the .lua if you are using eui?
Are you supposed to add the complete eui reformation .lua to the entry or is it supposed to replace.

So far, if I mess with the .lua file at all, i get a ctd. This would not be a problem but the recent update has borked ui condensed promotions when combined with this mod.

The picture isn't wrong, but rather outdated. It was changed due to the Vox Populi's Tourism Rework months ago(Civilizations earned tourism from trade routes, great people creation, winning a war, etc).

My game says this get culture for killed unit. I prefer this over the tourism but I think the picture is wrong cause it says tourism
