Onager Better First Person View - Masema

This mod moves the camera so that you get a better view when you fire artillery.
Made this because I think it is wierd that AI is better at shotting over things then the player, this mod tries to address this.

Patch 0.2
- Added accuracy when player controlled

features I wanna implement:
- thinking of implimenting a free camera movement when controlling artillery, but it will need some work before I start with that.

*Compatible with all DLC
*Compatible with all mods that doesn't change first person view of Artillery
