UPDATED FOR SLAVIC DLC

The AI will no longer receive a +2 Sanitation Bonus.

Diseases will now actually spread around and appear more often.

Compatible with everything.

Hint: Ending a trade agreement with infected trading ports will help to kill the disease and stop it from spreading in your lands.

Well, I found a solution to fix it. Updated for the newest dlc.

On it. But my mod manager crashes most of the time, making it impossible to launch or update my mods.
