Description
An observation platform very loosely based on the Mc Kinley Station, able to "service" (if the engine permitted such an act with an interiorized Galaxy Class present) ships up to sizes comparable to the Galaxy- and Nebula Classes. At the moment the Type 3 Dry Dock is not ready to be used in Survival, doesn't really do much and is mainly supposed to look nice around a Galaxy 3.1.

@snowishere ideally there'd be a moving welding grid integrated into the station but it's meant to be a display piece for the Galaxy 3.1 upload which is on the breaking point of performance as it is. Welders in general and anything moving in particular would be downright cruel towards the engine.

this would be a wet dock as it is in space unless the ships were built inside of the station
