Description
Someone had too much beer last night. Controls: Left Arrow to move left leg, Right Arrow to move Right Leg, Numpad 4 to turn left and Numpad 6 to turn right.

Solution
set the balloon above his head to 830 and make it transparent again, 20 is just too weak man, he's just sitting. :/
