Use gravity gun the press R to unfreeze to use the car.

Controls:
Engine - Numpad +
Movement - Arrow keys
Lights - Button L
Toggle smoke - Numpad .

The first Lapua steampunk coupe to be featured with LHD configuration and has a frontal mount steam engine and consist of luxuries like leather seats and a radio and lights in additional for night driving (includes brake lights). This 2 seater coupe is good for cross country and urban driving. The car itself was destructible and light.
