Little high school

Description
The Little high school is much smaller than the standard high school, its student capacity and many other stats are 1/5 of the standard high school. It is useful for a remote small neighbourhood or a small island, or just to add variety to your schools. It is unlocked at the same time as the standard high school.
No custom props or mods are required. The building is lit up at night, but the After Dark DLC is not required.
I created it for the Europe theme, but it works with other map themes as well.

Size: 5 x 3
Type: education building (high school template)
Student count: 200 (= 20% of vanilla high school)
Education radius: 500 (= 50%)
Education accumulation: 50 (= 50%)
Construction cost: 4800 (=20%)
Maintenance cost: 700 (=20%)
Electricity use: 10 (less than 20% thanks to its solar panels :) )
Water/ sewage : 5 /5
Garbage accumulation: 2
Workers: uneducated 3, educated 3, well educated 5, highly educated 5 (this is totally different from the vanilla high school, and far more realistic in my opinion).

I made the 3 D model and the texture - the building is truly unique-looking. My "Play school" asset uses the same 3D model with slightly different texture and scale.

Thank you. Need something for the small villages in the rural areas. This fits the bill nicely.

Stupid question, but why would you decrease, not increase, the radius for a school that's supposed to be used in a rural area? Do you concentrate all the buildings, farms, forestry and what not, into a tiny little area, no larger than what this asset covers?

Awesome!
Needed a little high school for those areas out of reach from my large high school's radius. :steamhappy:
