Fair swing

Description
Inspired by those giant swings at the fair, it's got a few bugs (like the fact that it'll be crap 80% of the time). The trick to using it is pulling the ropes all the way to the top, starting the spin, and slowly lowering them while remaining spinning. (Another trick would be to use a wheel with less spin, but oh well)
