Arrow keys to move vehicle and the gun left and right
Numbpad 8 and 5 to move gun up and down
RShift to open gun hatch
ENTER to open Drivers seat
L to aim gun
Numbpad 1 to fire Top gun
Numbpad 2 to fire Bottom gun

its under props then misc

you can find it in the spawn menu under games then gmod then its under misc. might wanna search for it for a while.
