A small (2x2) recycling facility where residents could leave their household garbage.
The center has a small noise pollution impact from the sound of empty bottles.

Upkeep: 300/week

Capacity: 75000
Garbage trucks capacity: 3
Processing rate: 8000/week

Noise pollution 15 (From empty bottles. Only affects a small area).
Pollution: 5 (Waste from garbage bags).

The trucks collect garbage from the neighbourhood and leaves it at this recycling centre which has a very small processing rate.
