Gepruz Thu'um - Decreased Shout Cooldowns

Description
==============
INTRODUCTION
==============

Tales tell of the Dragonborns, mighty warriors born with the blood of the dragons and users of the Thu'um - the Voice. Tales tell of how they used this power to take down their foes. Shout after Shout was fired out of their mouths, overwhelming the enemy. But how could someone release so many shouts in such quick succession? Some say that it is the Dragon Blood that allows this phenomenon. But that is simply not the case. Each Dragonborn wielded a secret power. The power of the mighty amulet, Gepruz Thu'um. But the amulet has been lost for centuries. No one knows where it went. But something tells me that you, a Dragonborn, can uncover it's location. You are a Dragonborn. You are it's rightful wielder. It calls to you. Seek it out. Wield the power only a Dragonborn can.

============
DESCRIPTION
============

Gepruz Thu'um is an amulet of Ancient Nordic design which lowers the shout cooldown times by 85%. This allows you to use shouts in relatively quick succession, making Gepruz Thu'um a must-have amulet for anyone wishing to play a shout-based character. Gepruz Thu'um translates to "Improved Voice" in Dovahzul - the Dragon Tongue.

You can find Gepruz Thu'um high on the slopes of the Throat of the World, in the chest outside the entrance of High Hrothgar. If, for some reason, you don't know what I'm talking about, it's the one that Klimmek asks you to put the supplies in (if you talk to him).

==================
TROUBLESHOOTING
==================
If, for some reason, the amulet doesn't appear in the chest. Open the console using the ` key (next to the 1 key) and type in 'help Gepruz 4' and hit Enter. It should come up with something like this: 'ARMO: "Gepruz Thu'um" (#####)'. Then type in 'player.additem ##### 1' and hit Enter. It should come up with something in the top left corner of your screen that says 'Gepruz Thu'um (1) Added'

CONCLUSION
============

This mod was very enjoyable to make for me (despite creation kit crashing several times T-T) and I hope you enjoy using it just as much as I enjoyed making it. Now go, Dovahkiin. Use the power bestowed upon you to free Skyrim from the Tyranny of the Dov. Talos guide you.

Well, does the enchantment have a formlist? If not I couldn't even put it on anything. In any case, i made a remedy of my own for it, based on this mod.

I don't think so. But it probably wouldn't be able to get stronger than 85% anyway. You could try disenchanting it but don't get your hopes up, because I didn't make it to be disenchanted.

is it possible to disenchant it and then put the effect onto something else to make it stronger
