@lott_lake, this is a steam issue, not an Anno Domini one. To resolve it, you need to go to "My Games/Sid Meier's Civilization 5/cache and delete the file "Civ 5ModsDatabase". When you then go back on Steam, all the mods will re-download into your mods folder and everything will be there.

Hey I subscribed to this and all the Anno Domini files and nothing is appearing in my mods file, how can i fix this?
