render as image or image sequence; do that thing. just do -sfm_resolution 1080 -w 1920 -h 1080 or whatever resolution you wanna render at in the launch options, ignore it telling you that it can't do that when it starts up; go to Export>Movie and switch the resolution of the movie to the resolution you want, then go back; in the bottom right I believe you'll see "1 of 1024" or something; select a camera in your viewport and click on that viewport; then go to the clip editor and that number should be going up, that's it rendering in the viewport essentially; once it hits the 1024 or whatever, it'll reset back to 1 and that means it's done; so then just do Export>Image and I think it's straightforward from there. Hope that helps. I might've missed something, been a while since I've done it.
