The parties are generally hostile to dragons, so they might be hostile to durnehviir as well. If you'r e an ally of the dragon, they will automatically turn hostile to you (I am not sure about this, but it is the most likely).
You can try to use the console:
click on the party members and type
setav aggression 0
setav confidence 0
Sheath your weapon or they will most likely flee, but to make them normal again type:
setav aggression 1
setav confidence 3
I can't think of anything else

Is it normal that they become hostile all of a sudden and then now I can't ask any of them to follow me?

Happened in Solitude, I had Durneviir, a party goes hostile, now every party is mad at me. And I can't ask them to follow.

Any suggestions?

Some of them can be followers. I plan to fix some bugs next week and maybe add a new character. I would also like to make some of them go into dungeons but I don't know how yet.

Are you going to add a Druid to your parties or any of the newer characters? It's a great idea. Can you interact with these adventuring parties other thanjust fighting them

Maybe its just a female with an exeptionally deep voice? XD. But where did you Encounter her?

well just ran into my first bug but its not a major one persay met a party with a female rogue that had a mans voice i know this because said armor clearly had the female figure and i even removed the clothes for a double check and yea again not a marjor game beacker or anything but its good to keep an eye on even the smallest of bugs

looks like a good idea, and easily expanded upon.
