Megaman X Perimeter Alarm

After some procrastination, a proper rip, and inspiration from a friend's mod, I decided to make a perimeter alarm based off the Megaman X4-5 'WARNING' alarm that plays before fighting a boss.

This also means I plan on improving the Mega Mob mod that I also made awhile back.

Replaces the perimeter alarm in The Parish with the 'WARNING' alarm from Megaman X4/X5.
