-----IMPORTANT NOTE-----
To enable weapon spawns,
mp_weapons_allow_map_placed needs to be set to 1!
("mp_weapons_allow_map_placed 1" in console, command will take action next round)

setup the surf-mechanics:
sv_accelerate 100 (faster acceleration, 100 is default for most surf servers)
sv_airaccelerate 1000 (every server uses a different value here, 1000 is good for training)
mp_roundtime 60 (rounds are now 60 minutes)
mp_warmup_end (warmup ends, game starts)

bunnyhopping needs to be enabled via plugins.
