Amazing Game Tweaks!: Leveling System!

This simple mod change the leveled enemies in order to make all of them spawn since youre level 1, this in conjunction with this[1drv.ms] custom configuration of the community uncapper makes the game more harder and a lot more character unlinked.
Now enemies have their level, power and items in a natural way, ignoring characters level. That means, you can found a level 50 dragon at level 10, and well... You need to run, or simply die.
I have adjusted all enemies in order to disallow them to be higher that level 50, since that's the game cap for almost, every single NPC with only a few exceptions.
I highly suggest to or set the game at novice, or be REALLY patient on your first 10 levels, since almost every single enemy it's more stronger than your character, and you get pawned by them a lot. Seriously, A LOT.

The uncapper configuration works this way:
Sets maximum level to 50
Sets +5 carry weight when you level up stamina, health or magicka.
Sets maximum enchant effect to +100
Change the perk rewards based on your level:
2-9=1
10-14=2
15-19=3
20-24=4
25-29=5
30-34=6
35-39=7
40-44=8
45-49=9
50=10
Also, increase the level up speed until level 30, in order to allow you to better stand to the enemies.

Note: To install the uncapper, you need to extract the folder SKSE in your Skyrim/Data folder.

Also, note that legendaryzation of a skill doesn't give you extra perk points or extra levels, since you can't level up higher that level 50. It only allows you to redistribute your perk points if you want to respec your character.

This mod needs SKSE to work, since it depends on the uncapper that uses it.
