Hi Aidann, sadly that would require adding Puerto Rican players to the database and I'm busy updating for next year (Puerto Rico falls under the USA Head Researcher).

You could start a new game and ask it to generate regen players in all teams, then you should be able to manage them - what stops it is if there aren't enough players in the database
