=K= Seahorse Island (Sandbox)

Description
Difficult island. Sandbox style that will require a Port or Airport to start. Island is barren with no fresh water however the North side of the lake contains ore deposits deep beneath the gentle rolling hills and the rest of the island is rich with oil deposits. Turn this island into a resort get away or turn it into the next oil rich jewel.

Canary Island Terrain Theme shown in screen shot, however it is not required.
