Rey Católico / Reina Católica (Most Catholic King/Queen) for Spain
Rei Fidelíssimo / Rainha Fidelíssima (Most Faithful King/Queen) for Portugal
Roi Très-chrétien / Reine Très-chrétienne (Most Christian King/Queen) for France
Apostoli Király (Apostolic King) for Hungary.

I just tested this mod and it seems only a handful of nations get a different ruler title. for instance, the pope is now called "Papa". however all kingdoms in Europe still have king as a title including all non-English nations. So it works only minimally. this mod probably needs an update.

Any way to change the name of the special Military Rule government for Milan to Dictator? All "captain-general" means is dictator. Or, at least change to that when you achieve empire rank.

In danish i think "Grev" for males and "Grevinde" fit better than hertug/hertuginde

I don't know for sure, but it seems that this mod overrules cultural ruler titles with religious titles. So instead of being named Bey, the rulers of Karaman or Candar are named Emir, and the rulers of Persia are called "Sultan" instead of Shah
