Miscellaneous Traits

Description
A trait mod that features nothing in particular.

NOTE ON STARTING UNIT TRAITS: The more of these your faction has, the higher the chances of map generation failure. If you have more than 6, map generation is guaranteed to fail and the game will freeze. My best guess is that the game cannot find enough tiles to place all the units and breaks.

Traits this mod adds:
Six traits for each faction that add an extra starting hero.
A trait for each faction that adds 2 extra starting units.
A trait that adds an extra starting settler. (now including Cultists!)
A suite of traits revolving around Conversion, providing a large variety of buffs to/from converted villages.
Home Gardening: +1 food per worker on cities
Hard Workers: +1 industry per worker on cities
Academics: +1 science per worker on cities
Rapid Expansion: Borough industry cost reduced by 50%
Mineral Memory: All strategic resources will be visible from the start of the game
Meticulous Mapping: All luxury resources will be visible from the start of the game

Suggestions encouraged; I would like this mod to add a good amount of traits eventually.

Would there be a way to create traits that guarentee a certain type of biome spawn? Like, guarentee Desert spawn? Frozen spawn? Etc

I would love a trait that gives a few hundred pearls or at least increases the multiplier on collecting them. I like the new expansion except the need to constantly harvest pearls especially for the Allayi. Also how it seems to totally stuff up diplomacy, you can harvest pearls in the middle of the ocean and someone gets pissed at you about it. I don't even think the AI, except Allayi, uses a lot of them they are constanlty left laying about.

In short I'm lazy and it really slows the game down, the trait would be very unbalanced if Allayi but so is every customized faction, they are for fun. In multiplayer I can see it being a strategic factor but in singleplayer it just sucks.

Just curious, will this be updated to include the Allayi fancion units? Or is this thing dead in the water?

Could you add a trait that increases settler cost? There's one that might be in the base game or from some other trait mod that lowers the cost of settlers but I personally would like to slow down expansion of my own and the other empires so a settler cost increase would be really awesome. Thanks for the mod and double thanks if you can do it!

Where it says suggestions encouraged, are you looking for suggestions for completely original traits or would you like to be able to incorporate a meriad selection of things that have already been done plus whatever else?
