also how do you make levels ?

I have actualy no clue how to play SUBSCRIBED levels, I only know how to play my own editted levels Locally, try looking it up in the Discussions or google it, google will prevail! ;)

However, most people say that: Launch the game, go to Mod Manager, make sure the level is set to on, exit that, quit the game and restart it, not sure if it works, but give it a try.

i added it and when i go to speed run its normal

You should add a screenshot of the entire map, so people know just what they're in for.
