Description
While it's a neat idea to have a unit that causes terrain corruption, if there's no way in the game to restore the terrain... well, that completely sucks. What were they thinking? To make things worse, aside from limiting where the units can go the controlling player has no control over which tiles are changed, meaning that these units corrupt their own lands as well!

This mod removes all "Path of X" abilities which change the base terrain type (Path of Life=Tropical, Path of Frost=Arctic, Path of Decay=Blight).

If it's not working for you, then you probably have a mod that is conflicting with it.

This mod is a glorius must have! Thx for it! The path of wahtever is a nice idea, but it should be something to be activated...i never used black dragons cuz of it :steambored: ...but now I can ♥

THANK YOU! I know you can change terrain arround using another path ability, (and using global spells renders the efffects null many times) but it is SO TEDIOUS to do it that way, and I HATE random-ass terrain everywhere. I would rather not have to deal with it altogether. Rubber Ducky has the good idea of making them activated unit abilities instead, but this will have to do for now.

Fairly sure it's another mod that is taking priority for this table in the game's database. The mods are applied in a specific order (notice the number next to the mods in the User Content tab).

Hmmm, it seems that in combination with the Empire Building Mod (I think?) it overwrites this mod's change to the game database. Anyone else seeing this issue? Basically it means I'm seeing stupid trails everywhere again. Sigh.

What I removed was the properties of troops, not spells in this case.

Do the AI's ever even use those spells? I have yet to play a game where I had this issue, although that's mostly because I'm a necromancer deticated to evil so I blight the whole map.

No a bad idea, kinda wish it was a unit ability. like activating it turns a 2 hexrange area into X terrain.
