Warper

The warp-traveller. After angering some of the shadows by interfering in their activities, Warper was sent to The Constant. Though her real name does not actually start with a W, the nickname has stuck due to her habit of warping through random dimensions, which is what got her in trouble to begin with.

Perks:

*doesn't mind breaking the space-time continuum - No sanity penalty for using purple or orange staffs. Lower sanity penalty for using wormholes. (This code is currently being redone for future compatibility. disabled in the meantime)

*Overheats easily - harder to play as her in summer, easier to play as her in winter.

*Hates being uncomfortable - loses sanity similar to Walter but can still gain sanity from clothing.

*Doesn't eat much -low max hunger and low hunger rate. Proportionally her hunger goes down at about the same rate as other characters, but since her max hunger is lower it's really easy to bring it back up.

there are several other surprise perks/drawbacks that you will find as you play. Mainly certain effects to stats and inability to eat certain foods


comes with Custom Item:
"Warp Sword"
*can only be crafted by Warper and requires thulecite, cane, nightmare fuel, and purple/orange gems to craft
*fueled with thulecite and some other minerals
*behaves as a lantern/orange staff/pick/axe but becomes less efficient the less fuel it has


Future updates:
fix bug where custom item behaves as if it's fueled while empty under certain circumstances
recode sanity penalty customization for future compatibility issues
playtest to determine what needs to be buffed/nerfed
