RWBY Vale

Description
Adds Vale from RWBY as a possible country for soldier customisation.

Currently only available in for english version of the game. If people are interested in having it in other languages of the game, comment and I'll see what I can do.

PLANNED UPDATES:
To add custom names for random generated soldiers.

WARNINGS:
-XCOM 2 does not let you load a save unless all it's mods are present, so always make a back up of your save before installing a new mod.

CREDITS:
-Peewi for his great template and getting most people started on these country mods.
-Volman for his great video tutorial on how do to this.

All rights go to Rooster Teeth for their creation of RWBY, and I'm only creating this mod as a fan of the show.

NOTES:
-If you use this mod, please link me, I'd love to see your version of the show's cast.

UPDATE:
-Finally got the thumbnail working.

Is the hood from a DLC or a mod? My version of Ruby doesn't have one, and I'm not sure I want her to, but I would like to keep the hood.

I would, if I knew how to add more than one to a mod. Once I do, I'll upload it and see which way people prefer to download their mods.

If anyone can make heads or tales of this and wants to work together. I found a guide on how to make custom weapons. I think this may help in getting some RWBY weapons in the game.
