Pacific Railroad

Description
Allows to build the Pacific Railroad National Wonder once you have Connected all your Cities with Railroad. Improvement construction speed increased by 50%, +25% Production in the Capital.

*** WARNING: language dependent, works only in English!


This NW gives the Capital the Railroad production bonus it does not receive otherwise. Also, it speeds up Workers in the late game what makes it easier to get new cities up and running or just hook up emerging resources faster.

Looks like this requires all cities to be connected, not just ones on the same continent.

Well, Union Railroad would Get the point across, without being specific to a continent, would that work as a good comprimise?

Silverfishv9, Oxford, Hermitage, Maximus, East India, Apollo are not generic so i think RR NW should not be too.. Also, "Transcontinental Railroad" is too long ) I have considered it

hey, since the pacific isn't always involved, maybe a good alternate name for it would be the trans-contitnental railroad? the pacific railroad is often called that anyways, and it's a far more generic term for fictional continents :p
