XCom Country Flag

Description
Adds a XCom flag as a potential country flag to be used.

Please Note: Uses the XCom flag from a XCom EW mod found here: http://www.nexusmods.com/xcom/mods/406/?

Also note that like all mods they don't disable achievements and when you make a save with it that save will not load without that mod enabled so make sure you want this for your whole game.

ONE LAST THING: It only has the english translations as I don't know the translations for other languages so that is a thing.

It doesn't work. The flag isn't shown in-game anywhere, not even listed.

Hmm weird. Maybe the way the editor saved it in the UPK not sure, haven't really played or modded this game in awhile.

The flag works in wotc but has a different texture in game that the one here, much more darkened and of less quality, I don't know why.

@hyforct Can't personally test it but my other two country flag mods work with rotc just don't effect the new soldiers.
