Unlock Customisation

Description
Unlocks all the customisation options at all soldier ranks, allowing full access to all props, patterns, etc even for Rookies.

COMPATIBILITY: This mod does not override any classes and should be compatible with most mods.

COMPATIBILITY FAQ: If either mod overrides a class the other mod overrides or listens for, they will not be compatible. Both mods must use listeners to be compatible. If their functionality directly conflicts (both interact with the same lines of code) they will not be compatible even if they both use listeners.

I'm sorta with Dukhat...redundancy only floods the Workshop with clones that people don't need which just might lead to more conflicts down the road. Isn't there a moderator around them parts?

There are always going to end up being more than one version of similar mods. But I made it because I'm learning the modding tools and want to make some simple mods for myself.
