SPUPCLO Interchange

Description
A SPUPCLO interchange combines all ramps into one traffic signal. Since a single road intersects with the avenue, split-phase signaling can be used for turns (without manual editing of the phases), yielding maximum efficiency.

Includes a highway crossing an avenue at a 45-degree angle. For a cheap capacity upgrade, replace the 2-lane roads with avenues.
