Mod is WotC Compatible

A pack of a variety of flags, 28 in total at the moment. This is my first attempt at modding. More interesting things will be coming, as I figure out how to do more stuff with the dev tools.

Small incompatibility with Halo Factions mod:
TF2 Red Team Flag from this mod is "replacing" Red team from Halo Faction.
Before, i had the red team from halo faction. Since i have added that pack, all Red team from Halo factions on my soldiers got their flag replaced with TF2 Red team from this mod, and the Red team from Halo faction is no more on the flag list

wish the author would tell us how to implent custom flags into xcom, googled hours for that without any solutions.
