When the wormholes opened and strange alien things were pushed into the galaxy, nobody was spared from the resulting chaos. The biggest empires in the galaxy collapsed, and previously minor groups filled the gaps.

The two most powerful nations were almost erased entirely, the things that came from the wormholes simply noticed them first. The few survivors gathered and hid away, threatened by the “rebels” they used to ignore.

But over time, they changed and adjusted to this new chaotic world. As their technology improved, they abandoned their fragile and bulky bodies entirely, now existing only in the crystal computers aboard their ships. And now they set out from their hiding places, ready to rise to power again.

My first try at making a faction. I don't think anything is completely broken, but it probably isn't terribly balanced, and the blocks definitely aren't entirely coherent. The faction focuses on defense, turrets, and drones, but I mostly just added whatever I thought of.

If you have any suggestions, I'll definitely be making more faction mods, with more cohesive ideas.
