This is an Industrial Interchange that can handle medium amount of industrial traffic. It is not recommended to use it with very heavy traffic or for High Density Commercial zones.

If you would like, you could upgrade the 2-lane roads with 2 or 3-lane highway, if you have the Network Extensions Project.
