The description say, that you get virtual seminars after you complete a mission. It's not tied to your savegame und you can switch the mod on and off as you like.

Walker is right.It let's you craft seminars instead of paranid jewelry. At lleast that's what the German description says.

i think it adds virtual seminars to your inventory when you craft paranid jewelry?
