Los Monica (Roads Only/ Layout) by StraightChillen and 2GuDBro

This map has a Los Angeles style to it with a harbor and industrial district as well as a mountain range along the coast. There is also a sunken interstate system with many interchanges including a modified 5 way interchange by fluxtrance.
