JILL/SHEVA/REBECCA RESIDENT EVIL PACK FOR XCOM2

This pack adds a voice pack for Jill Valentine, Sheva Alomar, and Rebecca Chambers to XCOM 2.
I've bundled these packs together since there's only about 30-40 lines for the characters each;
if anybody has any clean voice rips with more audio for the characters (and from the same
voice actresses) please let me know and I can flesh out this pack much more substantially.

Feel free to do what you want with this pack, as long as you credit me (James 'Jblade35' Stanfield)
and the guys below as well.
