Photos never blink

Description
The mod has been updated and should now be compatible with all new characters from DLCs and The Final Cut, as well as the custom characters with default photos. Enjoy!

I've seen a lot of requests for disabling blinking on scavengers' photos.
This mod does exactly that.

Please note that characters will also have open eyes on the screen notifying about their death, because there's no way to change blinking photo without changing "dead" photo. It seems quite OK, though.

The mod has been updated to the latest version of the game. Enjoy non-blinking photos of all new characters, including Livia, Anja, and all custom characters with default photos as well.

Thank god. It was so weird having photos that looked like they were straight out of the Harry Potter universe.
