Garamantian: Reduced Public Order Penalty from other Religions

Description
This mod adds to the Garamantian faction trait:-50% reduced public order penalty from other religions.

Idea
Since Garmantian is a Desert Kingdoms but Fractured Faiths doesn't make so sense for it's location, compared with the position of Lakhmids, Aksum or Himyar where different religions clashes together.
Furthermore the Garamantian technology tree doesn't offer reduced public order penalty from other religions, like the other desert kingdoms do.

Compatibility
This mod is savegame compatible and should work with any other mod.

This mod fixes some faction trait issues like the bugged venedian faction trait: +100% income from farms, not working for farms of level 2 or higher.

Increased Precursor Building Instances
With this mod, for example, one can build a military recruitment city, without waiting until the first rally field is upgraded. Now one can build and upgrade up to three rally fields at the same time. This will work for any precursor building that can be upgraded into at least two different ones.

armata, guy your a douche. ive been waiting on some north african kingdoms to unlock. because with like 10k hours on record for all the tw games i have yet to play as rome. only tools play as rome. thanks for the mod

I just noticed that the Garamantian trait: -50% conversion time of the main building chain doesn't work properly, instead of -50% conversion time it gives -50% conversion cost. Does anyone else noticed this and is this intended?
