Revised Ranks for Immersion

Description
Rank names have been changed to reflect soldiers' skills rather than authority. No more squads of Colonels!

Now available in French under French localization! Thanks to a.fritz for the translations.

Great mod. I got tired of running around with a squad of ranking officers. Now I have my hero team

Wiith the Long War Perk Pack that 'Legendary' rank 8 is getting some work now. Nice bit of future-proofing!

Such an under-appreciated mod. It makes ranking up soldiers so much more enjoyable.

I love having this mod, because while I don't use it the way it is set up, it makes it easy to redo the ranks myself, so thank you very much for this :D

Thank you, just perfect in the gui.
The reduced rank name in some place leads to unexpected good results
especialy the bleusaille/bleu is delightfull

The mod currently only changes the text for the international version. I can change the text for the French version as well, but looking at the files, everything is indeed in French. Did you want me to translate these terms? I'm not fluent in French at all, so it would be best if you could message me on Steam with proper translations. Unless you just want the text to be in English?
